Got a U.S. robotics v.92 external modem
worked great! until 2 days ago.
Where I'm located a 22k connect is fair and I was gettin right at 37k up and down.
Then it suddenly dropped to 144000 and I can't get it off that setting.
Got an email into USR but thought i'd post here and see if anyone has a possible fix.
Hmm just thought of somethin ... upgrade of windows??? hmmmm...
