I dont want to make any propheads mad here, i love WW2 sims but sometimes I have to wonder..What would a Modern aircraft sim be like using the AH Engine? I think it would be awsome, Ive played many of the latest one (janes f15 and so on...) and they look nice but they dont have that fluid flying feel that AH engin gives, its like your on rails or something. Plus the current engine is almost perfectly set up for it, i mean ya have radar and soon to have carriers, i just think it would be sweet to take off from my Bish base and screem in at low alt with a My F-111 and do dome radar bustin, or hop into a Stratofortress (i would make the game NON-nuclear though), launch off a carrier in an A-6 or F-18 or f-14, do some deep penetrations in a f-117 at night (would have to have a better night thats all ya would need to add), I mean WW2 stuff is a blast but a modern aircraft sime thats worth a crap is hard to find and if HTC made one that is even half as fun as AH it would be solid gold. You could have abrams tanks, you could choose to man a patriot missle battery (and hit nothing
maby some of them other AAA vehicles. Maby have an Aeigis equipped warship or 2. Maby Im off here but i think it would be a blast, it would be a real challenge traying to protect your carrer groop from Atendars with exocet missles, have bombers that can drop cruise missles (which can also be shot down) b-2 spirit and B-1 and Yf-22 would be perked. escort in some f-18s on a strike by flying an awac with radar jamming equipt..the possibilities are endless.
