LOL, I'm not sure what's more sad...posting all of that crap in the first place or deleting all of your posts in the thread after sobering up.

So let me get this straight.

Nash posted Yeager's pic off the TAS website?

Yeager posted Nash's pic in his avatar?

Then, the thread degenerates into ad hominem attacks based on pictures?

Actually, what you missed was Yeager going on a post crazy rampage as he posted the same pic of Nash repeatedly with different "taglines".  For what purpose, who knows?  It was pretty obvious, though, that he had lost his mind...at least temporarily.

After coming to his senses, he deleted about 12 of his strange posts from this thread.

I notice he had the good sense to take that pic off the website...but it was a classic....right up there with the Dowding incident.  Yeager, sorry if I made you stroke out or anything... Peace in our time. :D

Admittedly, I didn't even glance at this thread until yesterday.

However, I see that the ad hominem continues now. I see that both RPM and, particularly, Nash are continuing it.

Gosh, I remember when Nash could argue from fact; my how times change.

Oh come on Toad. By all accounts the guy went nuts and did a hatchet job all over Nash. I think he's entitled to a retort of his own (which is nothing like which he was subjected to, either in magnitude or intent).

So he posts some embarrassing picture. We all have 'um. Are Yeager's feelings that sensitive? He looks like a grown man, surely he shouldn't give two hoots about it.

What a daft thread.
