From what I see there, it was the Il2demo - and was probably linked to a thread by one of those people that came to the AH boards saying "play Il2 if you want to see how a real 109 flies!" or proclaiming how accurate the flight model was.

Needless to say, the release flight model wasn't the same as the demo version, and each patch following that - it was changed. Then it was changed for the FB release, and changed again for the first FB patch.

I may have been a moron for aguing that Il2's FM was not superior to AH or accurate, but I was a right moron.

I flew the P-39 and didn't realize it was reading in Km/hr. Other than that, I still stand by everything I said in that thread. Since then... most things were drastically changed.

It's nice to see kratz and raub stroking each other so nicely about it in a different forum.

There were quite a few of those threads, I dunno which one got them all upity. Its just interesting to see that, in the end, the ones who were skeptical about Il2's superior flight model came out correct.

As for Creamo - I don't believe I put your name in the title of this thread, or anyone elses, nor did I ask for anyone's input.

I didn't even start anything, just posted a link for the two names I mentioned to look at.

You really should start asking SOB for the common courtesy of a reach around before you post, maybe then you won't be so anal and looking to f*** with someone.
