Well

If you cant trust your fellow soldiers to hit within that target i would not trust them next to me on the battlefield anyway.

You know, that kinda looks like North Korean military.  I wonder if it was taken from the backside of that "fake" village the NK people built near the DMZ as propaganda to show the prosperity of the North.  I can't recall the name of the village offhand, but its an uninhabited village of modern-looking facades with no interiors, meant to show the SK people how well off the NK people are.
