Ok Selector...how many would show up?  I would be willing to host something during the week in a Euro-time frame if there was interest.  Of course we will have to run it by the boss first....banana?  Daddog?

First things first, guys. We've discussed a Euro-Wild Wednesday, but before we get into that we want to make sure we get the Euro-TOD off the ground successfully.

I think it's more a matter of "when", not "if". Daddog, as Weekly events team leader, has the final say. Watch for any announcement from him.

As banana said it would have to come after the Euro/Saturday TOD is up and running.

Beyond that success I don't see why not.  :)

Right on SELECTOR.

Check how many non-US players contribute to this game, should be plenty attendees to Euro-events,   :)

Maybe I'm not good at counting SELECTOR, but isn't 7pm EST, midnight GMT? And 1am Euro time? That's still too late for most people who have a job.

Wow, this game is really thought out well, isn't it?

Only for you freaks who get up at ungodly hours on Sunday mornings.   :D  j/k

Seriously, think about it.  I (and many more besides) would be happy to stay up til 1am to fly in wild wednesday......the fact that I already stay up til 5am to fly in the current one speaks volumes.

The reason Selector suggests an earlier WW is to get around any numbers problems by combining Euro pilots and US pilots at a time that aint too bad for either.

You're missing something. It's the weekend. I wont get up at 5am for anything during weekdays. I also wont go to bed at 2 or 3am if I have to go to work the next day.
Granted, this period coming up to christmas will see me do more late-nighters once in a while, but December is not a typical month.

Ya know...Flying Duckblah blah blah, for someone who doesnt even play the game anymore since your two weeks are up, you sure are a critical little bastage.  I'm not trying to be mean here or anything, but the CM group is working some things out so that we can offer more options to Euro time zone players.  Seeing you in every other thread doing all you can to piss people off while you are spouting out your anti-AH agenda is getting on my nerves.

I respect your views about the game and how its run...I mean afterall, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.  I happen to think that HTC is doing a fine job.

But really, if you dislike it this much, why do you hang around here?  You have had your say....kindly leave the way you came in.  All you are doing is spreading hate and discontent through-out every post you stick your vile little nose in.  And that is something we dont need around here....hell we get enough of that already with lazs.    :D

If I remember correctly my first ever post on this board started "My first two weeks are up..will I subscribe?..errmmm..no...for now"
Note I said "for now". Then I went on to constructively criticise this game.
The only person harming this game is you and people like you that drive potential customers away.
Sorry if I don;t just take my money and throw it down the gutter, but it's my money and I like getting value for it.
When you buy a pair of shoes, do you try them on? Do you look at the soles?
That's what I'm doing, and you're blocking my view, buddy.

I've already said one of my gripes was the lack of team play in the MA so if I was to subscribe I would rely on scenarios such as these. Why should I take having to wake up at unsociable hours to play something I have paid for? The colour of my money is the same as yours. I'm sure you wouldn't just except it if it was the other way round.

I've already said I'll probably be subscribing in 2 weeks time. I'm just lobbying to try and get things changed so it can be more fair on everyone beforehand. What's wrong with that?

Sh shudup and grow a brain.

Ok...lets try this one more time.  Read for comprehension this time, please.  I even cut out the part that I needed you to re-read.

WOW, this thread went down the tubes quick.

As far as Wild Wednesdays euro goes, i'd be all for it.... however  on weekdays I'd be happy with an 8 or 9pm GMT time......

Any clue on when the euro TOD time is gonna be?

Lets try and keep this one fre efro mthe trolls eh?

I'd very much welcome anything the CM guys can do to get some Euro friendly times up. I'd love to see maybe something along the lines of WB's 'EMC' events and would be happy to offer any help I could to make such events a reality. Alot of guys here from the UK alone not to mention the rest of Europe.
