i clicked it. that came up and i just pushed the green buttons to turn off computer. computer works fine now. but i think he needs to changes his sig. that kinda stuff shouldn't be in sig. it was no virus either im thinking it was really advanced HTML that i couldn't even do.

creating pages which only purpose is just to spam with popups which again creates more popups, are illegal in US and EU, which can lead to fines.
