INFERNO, I accidentally click your web site "DO NOT CLICK THIS OR ELSE". My Mc affe cant remove that virus. Does that mean that your virus is stuck to my PC forever???

there goes my $700 down to the toilet:(

Report him to his ISP.  I'm guessing the deliberate transmission of a virus is a violation of his Terms of Service.

i just did to see what it does, it just brings up a load of inet explorer windows singing "you are an idiot" that makes inet explorer crash.  

It did not install anything on my computer.

What virus do you have Ike?


If Ike had "real time" antivirus running, and he clicked that link, it most likely brought up the virus warning.  If you then go to "clean" the virus, it can't find it since it isn't there.

Is that what happened, Ike?

I CANT EVEN CLEAN UP, DELETE, OR EVEN QUARANTINE THAT VIRUS!!!

BTW, My Mc Affe V-SHIELD is running while i was checking BBS. Im Using Mc Affe antivirus 6.0 with all virus definitions updated.

Here's how Inferno's virus worked....

When you click the link that says "DO NOT CLICK THIS OR ELSE...", a new internet explorer window appears and you will see and hear "YOU ARE AND IDIOT, HAHAHAHAHA!!!!" that is bouncing around your screen. When you try to close that link, it will multiply:eek:

THATS IT!!! im an idiot and shouldnt let temptation take over me.

yes i have norton anti virus 2003 up and running.  Fully updated.  it did not pick it up

What happens when you scan?

Email me if you want, and I'll walk you through it.  If you have one, I'll show you another way to get rid of it.

Calm down :)  its not a virus. Its a silly script. Just press Alt+Strg+Del and kill the IE task (i hope u have NT 2000 or XP).
