My Pen Pal. Sarah York, from Northern Michigan, became General Manuel Noriega's pen pal in 1988. Here she is with the General, greeting crowds of Panamanians on a visit to Panama City when she was 11. They're pictured at right. The building behind them, the Panamanian Defense Forces Headquarters, was later destroyed in "Operation Just Cause," the U.S invasion of Panama, in 1989. Stories of very unusual pen pals, this week. I would say it looks a little like this, If it is Hollowed out on bottom it came with a live Fuse that went Bang when thrown, use them in practice and looks like this . some painted it so when thrown it could be found again cause of the looks of the color it is so they could replace fuse and use it again...
