Wow, he was recently on Conan O'Brien the other night (same night as Dana Carvey and Ted Nugent)...he was hilarious...I'd never thought too much of him as an actor.  But after seeing him and Dana Carvey goofing off, I was nearly in tears...what a pair those two were.

I always thought he was a decent actor, and pretty versatile in the roles he took. My son watches "Clifford, the Big Red Dog" every morning, which he provided the voice for.

Sounds like his heart condition could've been cured had it been diagnosed. How sad.

anybody ever see that movie he made with Jim Balushi? Where he trades a glass of water for "the good package" and not the "Big gun"?

yes it was :)  I saw it just a couple of months ago on HBO.  Dang the more I think about this the sadder I get.   Three's Company was a HUGE part of my childhood.  I liked it better than Happy Day's even.

 What a shame :(

Wow. I always liked John Ritter, he was never my favorite but, I always enjoyed his work. Three's Company and Real Men were the 1st roles that popped into my head when I read this and I just watched Tadpole the other night (good movie). With all the scandals that come out of Hollywood, I don't ever remember him being involved in one. He was a good guy and will be missed. :(

 You know I got to thinking about this, this morning.   I have no clue weather John Ritter was a liberal or a conservative, and I like it like that!  I can ASS-U-ME that he was a liberal, but you never know.  He did his trade, comedic acting, and he did it well.   He made me happy, never made me angry or never dissagreed with me :)   He did his thing and was successful at it.

 He will definitely be missed, didn't realize how much until today :(

 I about had a brain hemmorage the first time I saw that flick. Damn it was funny.
  Guys get your tickers checked. Get your cholesterol checked and get it under controll. I was heading down the same path. 285lbs pack a day smoker ate all wrong. Now no smoke eat right 213lbs and falling. I can ride a bike 20 miles hard with out stopping.
