Maybe there is a spawn point at high alt in the air?
Quote
any plane can get to any altitude...the current record is at something like 300k

in AH? In reallty can't - just not possible. AH have to improve flight model then if it is possible. But the most chances that there is a high alt spawn point. I know how to do this triks in TE.

That C47 might have been me.

I created this technique 3 years ago. Go high enough and enemy will think you're a buff.. Then when you're above target dive untill those extruding pieces of metal at the sides of the aeroplane blow off. End result is that you're a mean lean goon machine zooming down from 30k+ like an arrow. Makes a real fast goon drop + suicide. :)

There is no spawn point in the air.  It's a known issue that's been at least since I've started playing AH at the tail end of v.1.07.  Once a goon gets to a certain altitude (think 30,000ft or so) the thing just climbs like a rocket.
