What vehicles are going to be available to drive/operate.

Maybe flackpanzers...ack guns??

Always thought it would be great if you could get in an ack gun and shoot attackers down, although the computer ai does a pretty good job of this.

Are the bombers going to be gunned by ai if no humans are there to operate the guns?

Will bombs cause multiple explosions?
(This has always been a beef in airwarrior.each fuel tank takes 2 bombs to destroy..seems kinda funny you drop 1000lb bomb and cant even destroy 1 fuel..you would think 1000 bomb would take out a few of em.)

Will you have a radar at your base showing planes while you are airborne within a certian radious from your base tower?

Will the enemy planes while airborne be identified with the name of the plane, or the pilot? (be kinda neat to see who your fighting) Only game that does this that I know of now is FIghter Ace from microsoft..shows plane, pilot and rank.

Sorry for bombarding with questions..but I cant find any info on this anyplace, and I'm sure alot of it is in a wait and see state at the moment..based on testin and such from the beta..I'm just bustin at the seams waitin to play this thing digging for all the info I can

I don't know what vehicles we'll eventually have.  That will be decided by the wants and needs of the players.

I don't know about multiple explosions.

Yes about the radar.  Inflight you'll get a coarse indication of how many friends and enemies there are in each 25x25 mile sector.  Both of these forms of information are subject to blackout from bomb strikes.

You will only get information on the enemy's plane type, not who is flying it.

Bombers can be gunned by the pilot, other players, or with an auto gunners.  This portion is yet to be completed and I don't expect it to get done before the beta begins.

Re:  flak panzers and human AAA gunners

Proximity fuze or manual fuzing of shells?  If it is the latter, information regarding the altitude of the aircraft will of course be needed.  I wonder how?
