I think it means the horsepower on the b17 is now adjusted for altitude, I was wondering how those buffs were always so much higher then me.

actually, I believe that is referring to fixing a bug that would let the B-17 maintain an ungodly ROC once it hit 42000 ft or so.  There's a thread in the game bugs forum (I think that's the forum) about it.  Pretty interesting reading =)

I believe 214CaveJ's got it right. There was a certain bit of easteregg code in the program that if you climbed high enough in a B-17, rocket  boosters would kick in and carry you even higher, and faster than superman. Sorry they fixed it before I got the chance to try it   . Only heard about it myself the other day.
