Halloween costuem ideas please

Two years ago I went as a priest, if ya know me you will understand this.  My GF went as a pregnant nun.  This year I am going with a flower pot on top of my head and some funky green weed like clothes.

Wrap a little toilet paper around your person and go as a ****.

Here's my choice and suggestion for this year.

Vietnam era infantryman.

-Carry two canteens with your favourite distilled beverage.
-Butt pack with munchies and/or mix
-Carry beer cans in ammo pouches
-Authentic Vietnam era helmet protects you in case of falling down stairs or if you get trapped in the middle of a bar fight.
-Angle head flashlight for helping you find the keyhole on your door after stumbling home or for fun and entertaining shadow puppet shows.

The best part.  You can get to "play war" again like when you were a kid and not look totally insane.

Back in the day.... (Oh god! not another story grandpa!!)

One of the best places to go on Halloween was a little town called Ilsa Vista. This isn't really a town, it is just a bunch of cheap apartment buildings next to UC Santa Barbara. Needless to say, the entire area becomes an outdoor street party. My favorite costume of all was my friends idea. He is now the lead engineer at a very pretigious defense contractor... back then he was the stoner genius from hell!

He actually contructed a 5 foot tall bong that he could wear. He was a walking bong for Halloween. He even went as far as supplying the smoke, and leting people take hits off him through the night... I wish I could remember more.
