AKIron: Hehe, what was it? Amendment 37 to the Constitution to allow Arnold to become president? If he can turn California around I say we get started on an an amendment right away. 
He will not turn California around. He will not even slow down the downslide. The most he could do is not to accelerate it.
Nevertheless, count me in on your amendment.
