Best friend works there, for $7 something an hour. Listens to people complain about their orders and such...sounds like it has its moments of fun and "do I HAVE to pick up this call?"...
He mentioned a lot of customers are complaining about the foreign help to them. Not sure if anyone heeds it, or if there are enough complaints to warrant them reconsidering having USA Helpdesk operators...
