No skill vulcher vulchers
« on: October 04, 2003, 06:55:34 PM »
I'm tired of having a good vulch session going on and having a P-51 or Dora show up at 10k and start trying to vulch me while I vulch.  The fact that they KNOW the enemy is going to be low and they come in high is just PATHETIC.

No skill vulch vulchers have no place in this game.  If they were real men.. they'd just respawn like the vulchees down below me.

An F6F was vulching my IL2, I shot out his engine with my tail gun, he landed and I then vulched him. That was good. :)

LOL - I completely agree. That whole business of upping from a distant (not so distant any more) field so as to attack with an alt advantage is so gamey it comes with a board and dice. That very scenario you describe is one of the reasons I like the pizza map. No good news here. The situation will only be worse on this map.

I think that catch puts you at the top of the Bassmaster's Leader Board, Mini.:rofl

Huh ? ... I don't even see the bobber moving at all ... not even a nibble.

Looks like a couple of others threw their lines in to see if they could grab a passer-by.

Man, it's about time someone said this!

I agree!

I espescially hate it when I take a few seconds to scan the skies for these jerks, then when I look back at the field someone has spawned and is rolling, then a "fellow" countryman gets a shot off at the vulchee a second before I do.  Man that ticks me off!

Ruh-roh, this thread could be one of those in which Mr. Toad wants me to have said something that I did not, is bitterly disappointed, so he pretends I said it anyway. :lol

Ok, I'll bite. Am I the only one to find this utmost hilarious?

So you are complaining, If I understood you right, that someone can ruin your e-advantage session by having more e than you?

Vulching a deacked field with no intention of taking the field is less pathetic?

Next step, you could ask for an automatic device that make the ones taking off explode automatically after 1 minute in the air, just in case you miss some rounds in your "skilled" vulch passes.

Man, this whine is priceless.

Rude, where are you when we really need you!  :D
