SdKfz 141/2, Sturmpanzer III. Armed with the 75mm/L24 cannon from the PzKpfW IV series, the Sturmpanzer III was deployed as a support vehicle for Tiger platoons. They were produced in 1942/43, with a total production of 700. From the photograph, given the terrain and foliage, I would hazard that it is North Africa, possibly Tunisia.
