Alright! That's the way ya do it Paris...

Thanks Straffo, here's a song an American wrote a "few" years back that expresses how most of us feel about the French:

 I Love Paris

"I love Paris in the spring time
I love Paris in the fall
I love Paris in the summer when it sizzles
I love Paris in the winter when it drizzles

I love Paris every moment
Every moment of the year
I love Paris, why oh why do I love Paris
Because my love is here"

You see, it became popular a few months back to jump the French at every turn.

Some Americans looked back at our hundreds of years of kinship and blew it off as desperate propaganda from a struggling American regime.

Somehow though, lot's of people in the middle of the country don't have a lot to do each day (except fishing, NASCAR, and praying) and they are super impressionable and love to bash our good friends the French. They are so cute, I wish they made lemming yokel dolls, I'd have the whole collection!

I love how they jump on the bandwagon and do as they're told - if only I could find more employees like them!  Still, you can't take them too seriously.

no Kraut was really afraid of an American fat soldier....they where afraid of the unlimited supply line you had.....you where viewed as a fat piece of chit.....and still are today

you did not win the war dumbprettythang......your allies did.

one day you'll understand that they didn't want PARIS destroyed.....think dumbprettythang.....can you remember what BERLIN looked like after the WAR....

oh ya.....even the english where shaking in there boots when it came to germans.....if it wasn't for the supplies the english recieved from the north american continent and the pilots from its commonwealth friends.....the english would be speaking german today.....

there are more stories to come if you keep at it.....

like how the american govr. made a deal with the MAFIA.....does that happen often in your country......

Actually Slo, I think you'll find that Grunherz' original country was bending over taking it up the arse from the Germans from very early on in the war; they even gave a reach around with some 'strategic relief' (like 'executive relief' but with more genocide) by helping them in their plans for world domination.

So I think you owe Grunherz an apology.

:rofl

Croatians welcomed the German army as liberators and friends - no doubt about it as we had longtime cultural relationship with Austria and Germany plus there were many Volksdeutsche in the country. For good or bad we were prepared to be allies with Germany. Hitler then screwd us by giving the hated Italians so much power and land in Croatia - they also installed the Ustashe as the puppet goverment as the Ustashe leadership was in exile in Italy under Moussolinis protection before the war.  They were extremly uncivilized and brutal and commited such crimes that even the local SS officials were horrified. No doubt about it they were viscious animals. Naturally this outrageous behavior combined with the Italian takeover turned masses of Croatians against this state of affairs and so the Tito led Partizan movement was created and fought the germans, italians, ustashe and the frequently nazi allied serbian chetniks. So while Croatia rightly has to accept the blame for the Ustashe behavior any honest open accounting must take the significant Croatian Partizan effort into consideration as well.

Now the shameful French collapse in 6 weeks and of course the emarrasing Vichy episode are something else entirely  - and desrve closer discussion- sepecially in light of SLO's touchyness on the issue..

I wonder if the jackboot marching echoed well in some of the narrower Parisian streets.. :lol

Let me get this right. Fighting a short, but inept, defence of your country is 'shameful' while siding with a bunch of murderous, genocidal maniacs is 'understandable'.

:lol

Considering the French did both the outlook for that country is bleeker still...

But I never used the word "understandible." That word implies an attempt at justfiction or excuse - which is not what I am attempting to do - I merely laid out the events as they took place and provided some context.

What a  great site, though I wonder why some yokel from Round Rock who's never even been to France would care, lol.

Here's another cool story from them, which you surely also read and agree with:

I think it's great how France isn't afraid to confront jew bankers who are trying to rip them off don't you? Can you believe that all those rabbis pretending to be holy men were actually just jew thieves! How typical huh? hehe, just like in our country - see we have lots in common after all.

It's great to meet someone who shares my reading list!

Dude I think you were born about 60 years too late.  Didn't you get the memo?  Jew hating went out with Hitler....
