Actually, I prefer "I'm bigoted against bigots" or "I like cheese".  On occasion it's "I want porn", but that motto often fades away quickly only to be realized again later.

If English is to be the "Official" language...should we make mis-spelling and mis-pronunciation a crime?:rolleyes:

You have to admit, as a whole Americans are an arrogant lot. Most (not all, but most) of the people outside the U.S. speak more than 1 language and speak them fluently. I leared very early growing up in Texas that learning to speak at least remedial Spanish is not only a good idea, but essential.

hablo un poco espanol. Pero no intiendo enough to be able to speak with these visitors to MY country....


 There was a song about this in the 80's.  Storm Troopers of Death was the name of the band, if I remember correctly.  "Speak English or DIE".


 People in EU want to speak 20 diferent languages, more power to them.  It's MUCH more efficient if everybody spoke the same language though.  Remember we got all these diferent languages as punishment from God for man's arrogance.  Don't ya think it would be a WHOLE lot easier to live together if we could say.... communicate?
