It wasn't an oppinion... it was said as a pledge. An oppinion is "I don't like the electoral college". A pledge is "My first act is to get rid of that electoral college." Something she has not followed up on in the least because of all the throat clearing that occured right after she said it. Just who's oppinion was it she wash pledging to uphold?

Don't hate her. As has been said, don't hate any one.

I don't want her as president for a number of reasons.

1. I don't trust her. - that's the biggest reason right there.

2. What she tried to do by nationalizing our healthcare system back in 93. Though this did help lead to the Republican congress and the first ballanced budget in my lifetime.

3a. Her obstruction of justice in the white water hearings. Files can't be found for 2 years then all of a sudden turn up in her office.

3b. ALL the coinsidences in their terms in office when they were busted breaking rules or laws. Too many to name and I've forgotten many of them I'm sure.

4. She's hungry for power pure and simple. That's my opinion, but it's my opinion. She knew she'd never be elected to the senate from her home state. So she buys a house (with who's money?) in NY. Never lived there a day in her life, but HEY! she's going to represent ALL of the people there right? Yeah, I'm sure that's the top priority on her agenda.

5. Prior to her election to the Senate I can't actually put my finger on anything she's actually done, anything positive anyway.

6. Many more reasons but they will just be ignored too so I'll save myself some time and leave the list at 6 reasons.

7. She's a Democrat

She's a socialist in politics.

She's a blatant opportunist- one moment against the police, the next showing "support"... whatever wins the most votes.

She's insincere... didn't you love her wearing a Yankees' cap and stating "I've always been a Yankees fan!" Yeah, right. Beautiful shot of her shopping for groceries in her newfound neighborhood in New York... like she would ever stoop to shopping.

She was involved in the FBI file scandal.

She was guilty as hell in the Whitewater investment scam. Got off, but guilty.

She has always held contempt for the military.

She blathered leftist underground rhetoric... "Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy"... chuckle.... yeah, Clinton didn't do ANY of that stuff he was accused of.... hehe...

No, I can't think of a single thing to recommend her.

AND BTW... way to turn the argument to "Strong Female Figure Fear". LOL! Leave it to a lefty to fall back on the "bigot, racist, chauvinist" rebuttal...

Many Americans see her as a smug, condescending, arrogant and cynical politician. She just doesn't resonate with average Americans.

I personally took an immediate dislike to her when started trying to steer the public agenda as the President's wife when she hadn't received a single vote from anyone!
