Get rid of it. Just make the bullets ineffective. Killshooter has to be the stupidest idea in a game.

I like the fact that I have to constantly know exactly where both my enemy AND my friendlies are at all times because of killshooter.  I say keep it.

Plus, if a friendly ever pisses me off, I can just drop into his line of fire and laugh while I watch his tail section fall off.  :D   Haven't done it, yet.  But, ya never know....

That is EXACTLY why I want it gone... it never fails, the FW, Nik, or P51 always seem to drop in at the wrong moment.

I'd cancel my account instantly if this were implimented.

Thankfully I am sure HTC is aware of the horrific downsides of your proposal and will never impliment it.

I do not see a downside... horrific or otherwise.  The only downer is getting killshootered because some ******* ducked in on you.

Well , lets take another bit of arcade out of this supposedly
realistic flight sim ...it's very simple..someone cuts in front of
you while you're shooting ..HE gets dinged or killed , just like
R/L  , that will put a stop to alot of that BS ..the more realistic the
better & the dimwit will either learn or burn :rofl

Ok, for starters.

Why we need killshooter; simple really, stop the dweebs and n00bwads going "ye4h!!!111 kill green d00ds!!11 i b super cool"

Why we can't have a system where the bullets don't do damage to freindlies: Ever played DoD with FF off? You'd find most players don't give a flying **** where a freindly is unless he's passing through a door way and therefore 'blocking his l33tness'.

In summary, killshooter is a necessary gameplay consestion because there's alot of smack-tard-dweeby-arse-n00bwads out there with access to daddy's credit card, and there's even some that manage to get credit for themselfs amazingly.

The only positive thing at this time I can think of by getting rid of kill shooter is this.  It would keep the 5+ on 1 down.  Now ofcourse you'd have some of the new folks who don't know better and still dive in.  

Sometimes it seems odd and frankly a waste of resources when you have more than 2 folks against one plane when you've got bogies inbound.  Would turning kill shooter off fix this? Maybe but I'd much rather just have people use better SA and call knock it off when theres more than two folks on one.  A 3rd plane mixed in isn't bad where tactics are concerned.  I still think if you can't kill it then don't engage it.  If it's no joy then disengage and extend and let someone else with a better angle or chance in.

I can only ever recall stating I'd quit one other time, and it was in regards to this same issue.

As to changing the game, I've made many suggestions for changes myself.

But, it's funny to hear people say that they'd quit over this change or that change.  We're all addicted.  We all crave air combat.  People may leave, but they'll be back....  :D
