CAP Event is a multilived alternate history linked-frames experience.

You get to roll your airplane every 30 mins, so action is both organized and fluid.

Walk ons and Squads are both welcomed to participate. (squads can get involved in their side´s tactic planning)

This frame will take place in the Malta terrain and involve air supremacy and sea convoy´s sinking.

I think it's merely a quote from someone who hasn't bothered to look up the entire planeset for the event or the rules governing the spawning of said aircraft.
