Went quail hunting this weekend. Very fun hunting them over desert terrain.

BTW, my avg for dove this year was just over 2 shots per bird.

Animal,

Shotguns are not overkill. Sure a bb gun would do it if the thing was sitting still. But I want to see you or anybody hit something the size of a corn cob flying (and dodging) at 60mph+

You'd also be surprised how many of them survive the shooting (not as many with a 12 than with a 20 guage.) Oh God they taste good though....
