To find a picture of Sarah Wood on the internet. I hear she is a HOTTIE, but I cannot find her pic anywhere!

For those of you that dont know who she is (like me five minutes ago), she is the wife of the Chicago Cub pitcher Kerry Wood.

Good luck!

Nimitz's wife: "Honey, do you think of other women while you're making love to me?"

Nimitz: "No way! Why do you ask Sarah?"

Let me restate:

If Quest knew I was oogling somebody else wife, she'd kick my arse half way across the country.  And if she had a law degree, she'd make sure I could never go get it back.

Quite aware, I'm just curious what all the hoopla is about. Still no winners!

Since when is simply asking for a picture of a woman Fox Sports has portrayed as a Hottie oogling for somebody else's wife? I just want to know what all the noise everyone is making is all about.

If I was oogling over someone else's wife, I suspect the wife wouldnt be so happy. But simply asking for a picture of a woman that has received so much publicity and press, I guess I just dont see the problem.

Rip - behave.

from     http://luboknovich.blogspot.com/

This is funny...

Web searches for the following terms have lead people to my site in recent days:

kerry wood's wife
pictures of kerry wood's wife
wife sarah "kerry wood" chicago
Pic of Kerry Wood's Wife
kerry wood's wife pics
Sarah "kerry wood" wife
pictures of kerry wood's wife sarah
Kerry Wood Wife
Kerry Wood marriage
Sarah Wood Kerry Wood's wife

Luboknovich's take: Anyone see a pattern here? One of my "shameless web-hit generating text" features has finally paid off. On Wed. Oct. 1, I included the text "Kerry Wood's wife" on my site. By Friday afternoon the text appeared in Google's searchable database, and the hits on this blog began to skyrocket.

Clearly, there are a lot of people out there interested in finding out more about this allegedly photogenic woman (personally, I think she has horse-lips and depression era-eyes). Nevertheless, Fox Network's NLDS cameramen and producers seem to have fetishized the woman, and America has followed suit.

The following chart should best illustrate Kerry Wood's wife's impact on the traffic of my blog. I generally average about 11 or 12 per weekday:

Tuesday, Sept. 30: 10 unique visitors (an average day)
Wednesday: 5 unique visitors (a new low for a weekday)
Thursday: 9 unique visitors
Friday: 24 unique visitors (beats the old record of 21 recorded on day after MSNBC link was published)
Saturday: 18 unique visitors (pretty good for a weekend)

But then the unimaginable happened and my life changed forever. Mr. Wood pitched Game 5 of the NLDS against the Braves and, of course, his nutrition-conscious wife was in attendance. To make a long story short, she had more camera time than the entire Cubs and Braves coaching staffs combined, and Moises Alou, Mark Grudzeilanek, and Mike Hampton (who was the Braves starting pitcher!). During and after the game, the volume on my site EXPLODED, with 71 unique hits on Sunday (nearly tripling the previous one day record) and an unprecedented 137 unique hits on Monday (a Jewish holiday I might add).

When will people start coming to my blog looking for information on Alexander Pierre Luboknovich's wife Irina? There will be plenty here soon, I guaramatee it!

I would suspect that the reason there aren't any photos of her on the web is because all of the still photographers were shooting the game instead of the wives.

I would also guess that Sports Illustrated will have her picture in this week's issue. :p
