Bug Report #1, 11/17/03

I'll start with the good news.

Flight Model seems to be working well, took the planes to the stall limits and breaking points, they seem to not "mush" at stall. I really like how the plane feels, so things in the Flight model looks to be working properly (nothing like a 110 helicopter found yet)
_______

Bugs-

1) Hanger, Selecting convergence on a plane, sends to a view that doesn't show anything. then selecting a new plane takes you to the plane view, but the convergence lines are visible.

2) Bringing up the clipboard (in the Spit IX) during flight, the clipboard and cockpit have issues as far as the cockpit/canopy display, frame is displayed in front of the clipboard.

3) Sliding both the "graphic bars" to 50/50 or below for quality/performance, the cockpits lose everything, but the cockpit frame. Raising them past the 50% mark (closer to the quality) brings the cockpits back to normal.
________

So far all major issues seem stable, flight, clipboard, hanger, settings, arena settings, CM tools, etc.

fix for 2)

Just push a view key (backview or something like this) and you will get the correct view and see the plane to adjust the convergence.

If I read correct you have nvidia driver version 12.40. Let me remember... you didn't upgrade them since 2 years? :D

Eventho the drivers are optimized for the newer Geforce3/4/FX cards, it could increase also your system performance upgrading to new drivers.
