Any chance of a bomber to test?
« on: October 18, 2003, 12:14:22 AM »
Every other vehicle type seems to be covered, except maybe sea launched planes.  Will the next release have any bombers for us to test?

I wouldn't count on it.  A plane's pretty much a plane I'd expect, in terms of what HTC's trying to do right now.

Ya know, so many folks have been *****ing that AH2 doesn't have any new planes.  But seriously, folks, look at the rework of the ones in there now.  Every one is a "new" plane in terms of the work put into it between AH1 and AH2.  So how many planes are in the current beta?  I'd say that's the largest number of new planes in 1 update we've ever had.

No arguement there bullethead.  So far I'm extremely impressed with what I see in the beta.  I was just wondering if they'd want some tests run on planes multiple gunner positions, formations, calibration, etc.  I realize the 110 has a tail gunner, but it doesn't have to worry about sync-ing a whole bunch of guns at once.  Like I said, they covered every other type of vehicle.  Some fighters, some jabo stuff, a couple gv's, a goon......but no bombers.  I don't want anything new, just a B-17 to test.

This thread was supposed to be in the Beta Bug Report forum, I guess I just wasn't paying attention when I posted it.
