Question to HTC
« on: October 28, 2000, 04:56:00 PM »
Hi

I really have no problem with your promotional effort at this time, as many companies do such things to get new customers or try new business ideas. My question is will this remain a permanet arangement? If you find the 19.95, 14.95, or 9.95 price level to be the best, will everyone be given the same price?  Right now its not a problem but if it continues for a year and the full price guys dont get one the lower prices that could mean an up to an extra $240 cost to us, then this could become a real issue. Again in the short term this is ok and very understandable, but in the long term it might become a more substaintial $$ issue. So when the experiment is over will everyone of the full price customers get one of the lower prices?
Please respond as soon as you guys can.

thanks GRUNHERZ

Grun,..the test was for the very thing you are asking about.  If they can justify the lower price (i.e. stay in business at a lower price), then all get the lower price.
