Terrain disappears when using zoom

If I'm using the zoom view and returning to normal view, the terrain squares (that weren't visible in zoom view) are missing for a splitsecond, allowing to see blue sky through the ground, and then it returns to normal.
I've tried taking screenshots of it, but it doesn't show up on those.

All details on. 1600x1200x32.
