SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT- "WWII ONLINE BUILDERS" PROGRAM
------------------------------------

Over the past two years we have been approached repeatedly by our community members about new ways to show their support for the game and it's development. Some of these inquiries have been about investment, longer-term subscriptions and in-game perks. In response, we have created a test program for community members who want to make an extraordinary show of support.

"WWII ONLINE BUILDERS" PROGRAM

Starting Monday October 20th and ending Friday October 31st, you can choose one of two options:

-------------------------------
Option 1.
Make a one-time payment of $500 USD for a 5-year WWII Online subscription. In addition to campaign server access, fees for all WWII Online services will be waived such as Special Events, game name changes etc. for the term of the subscription. See notes below for more details.

As a small show of appreciation, all program supporters will be listed on a special in-game object and on a "WWII Online Builders" webpage available at wwiionline.com.

-------------------------------
Option 2.
Make a one-time payment of $1,000 USD and your subscription becomes permanently complimentary. All subscription fees for all WWII Online services and gameplay will be waived such as Special Events, game name changes etc. See notes below for more details.

In addition to being listed on a special in-game object and on a "WWII Online Builders" webpage, we will place a statue object including a personalized text message at the location of your choice into the current game map.
-------------------------------

If you would like to participate in the "WWII Online Builders" program, please contact us before Friday, October 31st at 5pm ET.

We are very fortunate to have the support of every member of our community whether a monthly or pre-pay subscriber and are very appreciative. Whether you chose to participate in this program or not, we'd like to thank each player as a member of our community for his/her ongoing support.

Sounds like a swell idea. I wish them luck in their efforts. This looks particularly neat.

Come now Ocatvius, we really are a hostile bunch over here .

You do get your name on that special in-game object. And five full years of Gameplay for $500 or eternal gameplay for $1,000 -- that could be one easy payment for a 20 year run or more Certainly long enough for Operation Torch to be coded (Yummy, P-38F), maybe even Guadacanal. These guys are really on to something here. HTC should sit up and take notice. I could see paying to have my name on one of the squid's tentacles. Or we could have our own, personalized sheep.

I'm almost tempted to buy into it for Lazs! I'm sure the monument to Doc would be a riot ;)

Ok, but I wanna pick out my own sheep, none of those sleazy ones that you find loitering around the tower for me!

I'd need to take out a loan... now how should I explain it to the loan officer?

Really, $1000 isn't that much for an eternal subscription. In early WB I paid ~$300 a couple times for a month's time of play.

OTOH, if they don't last past next year the money was thrown away.

Does Cuda from WB get the biggest statue? He'd better for the several million $$$ (I think it was ~5 million $?) he sunk into WW2OL/CRS/etc.

The in-game object will be one of the pigeons that are all over the map with your name spelled out in droppings under it.

This is the greatest idea ever. Where do I sign up? I'd like to buy 5 or 6!

wow.      Didn't Cuda sink money into TAS too?

(btw, no analogy between TAS and WWIIO being made. Just that I wish I had the "change" some people seem to have laying about. I'd have to be rotten, stinking rich beynd belief to throw millions into backing an online game)
