Good bye all. I had a good time. Main reason for leaveing is i dont like new FM, it seems of added some wierd things almost like Stick stiring, seems like more warping now to.
Graphics are good to have but if playablity is bad it ruins the graphics. Thanks for the Speacile events guys thay can be fun but seem to be more agervating. It still needs a lot of work. With all this i give HTC a A+ for the game it is better than any thing on the market so far. But for all the messed up things it should be cheaper. I wouldnt go out and buy a game just for Eye candy and bugs. At 30 dollars a month that is what im doing.

<<S>> to the Lancers and The Wrecking Crew was a blast flying with you all. And Zigrat thanks for all the good wingin. Had the most fun with you being around, Not so much dieing                 Sox

Nath, you are an as....nevermind.

Sox, bummer for sure but I agree and am gone too.

Things have got too gamey for what is supposed to be a realistic flightsim.

The scenarios were the last hope and the few I flew in were good considering the fact all is new in that area but even that went south, too much complaining.

I am sure that the scenarios will improve rapidly and as soon as HTC settles on whatever they will charge the masses, the surcharge for scenarios will resurface.

We all know HTC must make concessions to game vs sim to survive but I feel they are abandoning the simmer for the gamer and reluctantly have left the main arena.

Scenarios are the only hope here for simmers and the "late war and beyond" direction HTC is following leads me to conclude it will be awhile before we can fly AH early and midwar events where the field was a bit more level for all sides.

That is unfortunate because HTC has done a great job creating Aces High and I leave with no animosity toward them.

In fact, as soon as I get it sorted out I will be in H2H alot, I am wrecked for offline flying and when AH returns to WWII and if their competition cannot hack it, I will be back, no matter the price as long as it ain't 50 bucks or something.

Hang in there Knights, it was usually a pleasure flying with you.

Rooks and Bishops, your kill totals are going to drop like sheep off a cliff without me to shoot.

<S> All.

Sunchaser the first official multi-frame scenario starts next week.  Why don't you stay and try it?

Sox. Sunchaser....
That sux big time.
Sox be sure you dont have what I had with my hardware set up. My perception of people stickstirring to evade fire has mostly disapeared since I tuned my system 2 weeks ago....
Both of you guys are great sticks and the Knights will miss you.

Sorry to see you go, but thanks for being a good guy to fly with.  Had some great times.  Well, like Souly said, there will be a warm seat for you at the O Club when/if you return.

Can anyone translate what Minus said? Is he trying to imply that all real life planes feel like they're fly by wire?

Sox,

I hate to ruin this fine farewell but the FMs are a work in progress.  Me thinks theres still alot of refinement comin online regarding FMs.  In any event.  They work just fine for me.

Check back after 1.05, hell...the price might be lower as well.

Hang stands next to the tower watching the ready ramp.. a flash of sunset off a bright aluminum skin; and a Mustang rolls out of the line. The pony jounces by, the backwash tuggs his clothes and his soul..

Several more pilots pause; watch as the Pony trundles on to the runway. The Merlin stills for a moment; barely audible, then quickly builds to a cresendo.. a howl of harmonys as it climbs into wep and the ground shakes as the P51 takes to the air... rotate; gear & flaps, he's away..

"Who's that?" a young swabbie asks. "He the one that's rotating out??" Hang squints again toward the fading rumble, flicks his butt at the BPO. "Yep";.. Hang sighs; fixes the nugget with measuring eye..

"That; young ensign, was a Knight. He flew for the nits."

Gonna miss yah Sox. You made that pony somethin special to fly with... and against.
