So the African Black was not the only race of people treated like watermelon in the country.

People from "China and other places" voluntarily came to this country and took employment because it was a better choice for them than what they had elsewhere. The dreadfull conditions they faced back where they came from due to overpopulation, low level of development and oppressive government were certainly not a fault of an entrepreneur who offered them employment.

The black africans on the other hand were kidnapped and brought here against their will.

Those who want reparations should be given the cost of a ticket back to their homeland

At the time of the Civil war, there were only a very small number of Africans in slavery. The great majority of slaves were Americans.

Not all of the Black africans were "kidnapped".
Most were sold and tradded by there own people(african blacks).

I remember seeing something somwhere one time I will try to find it.
but It showed to number of slaves brought to what countries.
And If I remember America got like 300.000
And South America got like half a million.
And in deed Europe got Way more than America got.

It just seems that they go after the fattest hog in the pen.

My main point is the slaves were treated well compaired to the American Indian.

Miko, most were not kidnapped, they were defeated in battle, and sold by the victor. And, uh, I hate to tell you, but the primary enslavor's were black, just like the slaves.

This does not justify slavery, but it does present it in it's true light, which in that era was not unkown in ANY region of the world, Europe included.

Blacks enslaved Blacks, repeat after me(just as they currently do in our more enlighted, modern world).

most "slaves" from africa were sent to south america or the islands, only a small percentage ended up in america.

my family never had slaves, thats why i'm poor, so i should get reprations for not getting rich from "free" slave labor.

BTW a slave in 1750 cost $40,000 in todays dollars and then you had to feed, cloth, house, etc them.

Better check up on it --last I heard the Chinese have sold their children into slavery for generations --and still do today -----slavery wasnt just for blacks --its been done and tried with every race on this planet--some just call it other things---
