With the disbanding of the heroic Russian Northern fleet, St. Petersburg has been secured for the Germans, and the road to Moscow is open. A combined Austro-German attack on Mosow could place either country in control of the famous Russian city very soon. It does not appear that the Tsar has enough units nearby to prevent Moscow's fall.
On the other side of the map, the Turkish garrison in Tyrolia appears to be as doomed as the Mocow garrison. With 3 German and 2 French units within striking distance, the Sultan will be hard-pressed to hold Tyrolia and save it's army.
The French, now the dominant power in the western juggernault, have interesting decisions to make in the near future. Will the President attempt to take the Adriatic this turn, or perhaps push on Eastward in an attempt to get into the left flank of the Turkish forces?
The Kaiser's forces have captured Vienna, but can they hold it? And what of Austria? Can she somehow get a home province back, so as to allow her to grow?
Can the Turks and Russians somehow turn the tide of battle back in their favor?
Is there a chance of a German or French stab to throw the whole game into chaos?
Some of these answers should be forthcoming in 1910.
