Seriously, Skuzzy- what was the point of letting us post again if the plan is to pull a mass ban? I understand you have the right to decide who, and who doesn't, get to post, but it's only a matter of time before NUKE or some other parolee says something inappropiate...and then we ALL get banned? That seems inherently unfair to me, and makes it pointless to post here if we're only here temporarily- it was nice seeing old friends, but if I'll only get banned again anyway- for the actions of others- then why bother?

Iron, you're a bit off. Skuzzy has an ip filter in place that bans your ip address and then any subsequent IP address you might log on under. You could start up a shades, but you'd have to do it from a different IP address. Occassionally, people would find they've just been added to the ip ban list without being made "persona non grata". They just disappear as posters. I know of a couple of people that claim this happened to them.

So... skuzzy does not seem to be "tollerant" of shades accounts. He goes out of his way to ensure someone who's banned stays banned. He just can't stay on top of everyone.

Moral of the Story: Skuzzy Giveth and Skuzzy can taketh away.

Some of these are well known by everyone. I find Skuzzy to be pretty tolerant in this and other respects.

Most of us have dynamic ip addresses so identfying us purely by ip address isn't sure fire.

Actually, Skuzzy has several different levels of "banning"

The IP ban is the most severe, but not the only thing he has used to ban someone. I know this for a fact, I am sorry to say. I have a static IP.

I think you are more lenient, but Skuzzy gives out better titles. :D
