We will be holding a closed, "auger contest approved" - key word - council to approve or disapprove your request. On Dan's record, you have good chances. But, we all know ack-ack is going to have something to say.
We will get back to you when this ehhh.... "council" decides.

You obviously need more practice... looks like your going for a perfect landing. My votes going to be a no.
Thanks for your support :D

Clean up the oil and the whole left half of your plane is re-usable. Unacceptable.

Dear SAPP Applicant,
Thank you for your recent application for joining the ranks of the illustrious SAPP organization. Unfortunately, based on the screenshot you provided, we are going to have to reject your application at this time. While we do commend you on the state your Lightning was in, it just wasn't all quite there. There were clearly areas on the plane that did not have any damage whatsoever, completely unacceptable by SAPP standards. The pilot in the screenshot seemed calm and in complete control of his plane and self, complete opposite behavior we expect out of our SAPP members.
It was a hard decision but we do have standards that we must uphold.
However, we do have a Jr. SAPP program that offers comprehensive training programs on the fundementals of what it takes to be a SAPP member, such as how to properly land your plane inverted without any wings or how to scream while still trying to remain manly. After our 108 week Jr. SAPP training course, you will be eligible to join SAPP on a provisional basis.
Regards,

As previously mentioned, you do not meet the standards. But to be fair, we have not yet stated the standard.
SpikesX barely got into SAPP with this:

I do that on a daily basis.

As other members of SAPP have already commented you aren't quite there. I'd say about halfway though :)

Rumor has it that ultra-secret photographs of their training have leaked out…
In the first photograph, formation flying is perfected. Secondly they practice their patented two-point landings.

:O I see he failed to keep the bottle of Cuervo protected from the heat and it ignited in the cockpit....thereby negating his God given right as a S.A.P.P. pilot to make more frozen margaritas. I have no recourse other than to vote "no".
Thank you for your interest.

My final attempt, then I shall give up on my dream of SAPPhood. I'd have brought back less 38, but I needed something to sit on when I landed. :(

It was just about to blow up.Aviation gas was pouring out everywhere. From my inverted positon in the cockpit I franticly waved off the ground crew.Unwittingly they thought I was trying to be a hero and save theyre lives.Alas it was too late. They put the fire out and saved my life.<shrugs> maybe next time.

Gotta like the inverted 38 on the carrier landing. Definately a certain style to that effort :)
As for holding up a SAPP pilot. Shuff pulled a gun on me one night and 4XTCH promptly ran me over with a Tiger. That's old stuff :)

So, I've been reading from here that to qualify for SAPP you must destroy the engines, wings, tail, guns, etc etc. So, I decieded to try out for SAPP myself. Here's me coming back to land after a vicious Furball.
NOTE: The P-38 is where the red circle is :D
