I was having some computer issues..gave Roy a call today..most helpful.. most pleasant .. gentlemen

I've never had the need to call, Skuzzy really helps me with my problems through Email.

...When I bought it, I was looking at a Strat. The Music Store owner knew me, as I had played in his son's band for a while. He saw me and said, "I have seen you play,..come here".
He puts that Mustang in my hands and I fell in love. Best electric guitar I have ever owned.

Agreed. Skuzzy once replied to an e-mail that I sent in where I wasn't asking for, nor did I expect a reply, but it was a very nice touch of customer service. <S> Skuzzy.

I've never had a bad experience with Skuzzy, not on the phone, not in email... Even when I did or said stuff that DESERVED a bad experience he still stayed professional.
If I had an online combat flight sim, I'd offer him double whatever he's earning today to get him onboard.
