You guys are so silly...... First off, you'll never get any Raptor's at this point in their tour of duty.  If I were you, I would proposition the US Navy for the 4 Tomcats they still keep operational.  Those are expendable!!!

Second... Good Luck!!!

And 91 in total for the USAF.  Air Combat Command would never authorize their use for a strike across 2 fronts.  They would call it bad planning.  And besides, they are at Elmendorf right?  They'd need to be refueled 3 times to get to BishLand.

Yeah, that's in my basement.  Just many blow-off tubes going into one bucket.  I change to air-lock when most of the Kreusen has blown off.  It cuts down on fuesel oils (main cause of hangovers).  It also keeps the air lock from getting clogged (happened once, and the pressure built up..........boom)  Wife said if it ever happens again, I will be looking for a new wife.   :devil

I had one blow the stopper and air lock, air lock lid is still stuck in the ceiling drywall.   :furious          Started using the blow-off tube and bucket after that.

It made one helluva mess.  The washer & dryer were covered, all the laundry, the shelf of canned goods, you name it.

Even with the tube/bucket it can get messy, especially if you re-use your yeast cake.

I made a second batch of hefeweizen, and used the yeast cake from the first.  I finished up right before bed.  I woke up to a yeasty mess.  The Weinstephan Weinstephaner yeast was wickedly agressive, I found out.  Even with the blow off tube.  :uhoh

Sorry Uptown, did Valleydolls have a thread here before it was hijacked?

Well, not really hijacked, it just that you can't plan a mission without working out the finer details of things, like who is bringing the beer, and sometimes that takes sharing ideas.

yes that is true, it's not a real hijack.  if the beer is no good, then all is lost.  just finished up an amber, I don't force carbonate sadly, so my batch won't be ready for the mission.  though I admit to drinking a few not-quite-carbonated ones, what can I say.   till then, drinking up my guinness clone (first all grain attempt).
