actually all the fights were good last night, even the ones where chemdawg picked me hehehehe. good show guys, it was great. but with it getting all civilized in there, theres not going to much for skuzzy to do, with the bickering down to a mininum. we'll have to crank it up once the war starts again you dweebish @##$@%# pilots. hehehe :)

<S> Jaeger! That was my most enjoyable sortie AND my most enjoyable fight since I have been playing. It was just over six minutes, but it felt like 60. I have watched the film several times and I really do not think that it does the fight justice. It does not convey the white knuckles, sweating, flailing body english, holding your breath except when yelling at the screen vicious knife fight that I remember. That was some very impressive low, slow and dirty work in an Fw190. I think 2 more minutes of fuel and I was toast. I already had a gun damaged, my flaps stuck out at 2 notches and an elevator missing. That is another advantage of those low slow fights: run out of gas and you can just open the canopy and step out of the airplane. I was glad to get out of that fight with a draw.
Something that the film DID convey was something that I was seeing all night. Jaeger hovered around staying out of my initial fight until it was over and I had recovered and regained my bearings. As did Tyrant and Widesau that sortie. In fact, over the course of countless deaths throughout the night, not one time was I ganged, vulched, picked or HO'ed. Friend and foe alike were respecting the fights that I was involved in. In addition, while all this was happening, there wasn't filth spewing across 200. It was a flash of the AvA that I remember, and it was good.
<S> AvA :aok

Been noticing that myself lately.

i guess maybe JG54 isnt the evil empire that everyone makes us out to be. :)
-
We all have a great time in there as long as we keep the one and only problem member of JG54 squelched. Even the name he gave his "new" squad in there speaks volumes of his disruptive and abusive behavior.

too bad TK quit. I learned a lot from him.
-
i will also miss TK. Didn't really like his attitude but a great stik and gave some of the best fights since I have been in AH. Even on his relaxed days he might give a bit of advice on how to kill him. As for Storch....he has not won and never will. Even if he kills me doesn't dictate that he has won.

A problem player is for Skuzzy to deal with. Long term anyway. If some one in arena is a problem we can issue a warning, mute, etc. The report feature along with sceenshots are for HTC to handle.

If you love Storchy he'll love you back. :D

Wow, Read this forum the day after it was created and appreciated the community and the game play.
Read it a week later and feel somewhat insulted. Its funny to watch peoply try to maintain dignity by bashing the ones they were having a good time with the week before. My take on the whole thing is that if people bother you that much Mute them. No need for bashing. <S>

Really...??
I couldn't agree more.

Seems some simply did not take me seriously when I warned about forum rules violations in this forum.
We will not tolerate our bulletin board being used in such a petty and demeaning manner. You have a problem with anyone in the game, you have recourse. You film it and email it to us and the matter will be taken care of.
For all the gripes I hear about storch, I have never gotten a film from anyone that shows him, or anyone else for that matter, acting badly in the game. If you do not have time to film it, then you keep your mouth off the bulletin board about it. I have had it with those who constantly complain about members of another squad only to never, and I mean never, have one iota of proof they have acted badly.
How do you expect players to act when they are constantly attacked on a public board? While I cannot agree with their methods to defend themselves here, I will not tolerate any player coming into the game or the board and abusing anyone else. No matter how righteous you think you are, you are not better than the player you are complaining about when you do that.
It stops now. I cannot stress that enough. You want to stay a member of this community, you better heed that warning.
