7. At the rowing medal ceremony: 'Ah, isn't that nice, the wife of the IOC president is hugging the cox of the British crew.'
In Beijing, the British did not win an event in a boat with a coxswain.
In Athens, the British did not win an event in a boat with a coxswain.
In Sydney they did and hugging a crewmember in victory seems appropriate.

I am told that there is a high falootin' club where one of the requirements for initiation is to answer several riddles cleanly.
One of the riddles:
What does a man do standing, a woman do sitting down, and a dog do on three legs?

How did I KNOW that this joke couldn't pass without the obligatory debunking?
It's still funny even if not completely accurate.
-
Julian Dicks is an English football player - he retired 10 years ago and never played at an olympics. :d
-
How dare you debunk!
Once again, I have never heard of anybody bunking any stories.
-
:rofl
-
Even with the debunking that stuff is still funny. :rofl
