Because Omaha was where the fight was. Gold, Juno, & Sword the soldiers just walked right up to the beach and beyond. Things went quite well on those beaches.....

My point was that Omaha was near to a disaster, the other 4 out of 5 were not.

A big <<SALUTE>> to the guys who stormed those beaches!! I really want to go to Normandy at some point in my life and walk the beaches!! Maybe even find a suviner or something a long the way!
