Now if that ain't country I don't know what is. :lol

Not in Texas you can't. Horse is not a motorized vehicle, asked a big DWI/DUI attorney in Houston.

And what's this thing about going to the bar and needing transportation? I know nothing of this since the bar I frequent is around the corner on my block (and all the bartenders there know I live around the corner. I'm very proud to always be the only person at the bar who they never care about how drunk i get or how drunk i leave the place).

Yep, driving anything with a motor while under the influince with get you a ticket/jail time in TX. Iv seen people get hauled off to jail because they were driving a go-kart or one of those 50-cc motorbikes for kids after pounding back a few.
