« on: January 22, 2009, 09:23:02 PM »
I live in a little town in Iowa and I just heard on the scanner that a young drunk girl on a horse is up on the square claiming to be the sheriff and trying to pull people over  :rofl

A co-worker got a DUI on a riding lawnmower.  Of course, it was 3a.m. and he was on some golf course. :)

Not in Texas you can't. Horse is not a motorized vehicle, asked a big DWI/DUI attorney in Houston.

Ummm maybe she is the sheriff.

Riding a horse while drunk in Texas..... the horse is considered the designated driver.

PS Do not let the horse drink.
