there were a few twin mustangs made i think it would be cool to fly as ground attack

Hello Eric,
Unfortunately the P-82 never saw combat in squadron strength. This is a requirement for all aircraft and vehicles included in Aces High.
Have a great day! :aok

:rofl

As I recall the twin mustang entered service in 1946, after the end of the war. But don't quote me on this.
P.S. welcome to the forums.

Sorry but it didnt come out in time until after the war was over

Unlike you though, Eric has not had the opportunity to run rampant through this forum posting random thoughts and tall tales while oblivious to the correct usage of your native language.

My dad was the one in the flak that shot him down.

One of my grandfathers flew B29s in WWII and was shot down over Berlin by a F86.

Was that B-29 name "loves sheep"?

Which no, is not the F-86, cause EVERYONE knows that it's a super stealthy, invisible WWII German night fighter that saw service in the PTO hunting P-82s directing flak... duh.
-
Actually, the P-82 was not used exclusively for ack testing, my uncle dads great grandbrother was killed in one in the last 2 days of the war in the pacific attempting to destroy a secret japanese nuclear sub.
The defense department just covered it up with the ack testing story, and the false 'in service' date
