After running updates without trouble for over a year, suddenly now, my PC locks-up every time... Won't reboot, task manager can't shut it down, NOTHING! Have to kill the machine with the external power button...Ahrrrrg!  :furious

hope you dont have the messed up nvidia drivers.  my puter got messed up after i run that update.

When does it happen?  When you press "Online"?  When you press "OK" to login?  Do you get the arena list?  I need specifics.

If it happens when you press online, then it is usually a firewall issue.

OK it did it today again with the update. I will check the firewall again :salute
My firewall usually asks me before it blocks anything I'm downloading.
