I have noticed this for sometime, but never asked if others see the same thing or if it was just me. Does anyone else have the right edge of their cursor box transparency show up?

it happens when you have anti-aliasing on. dont think there is any way to get rid of it
-
Rhah right, I have noticed the same thing on mine.
-
Has always annoyed me.

It was explained to me that with AA turned on, it shifts the picture over one single pixel. That 'line' is showing you where it is shifted.
I don't quite know why it does that, but at least I know what's causing it.
-
Yeah, I know it's not a big deal, but it was always one of those niggling things when I see it. Then again, I wish there was a way that the cursor would automatically go transparent when not in use so I didn't have to worry about moving my mouse out of the way after checking the clipboard.
Any chance the original image of the arrow can be moved 1 pixel to the right on the original source file, to eliminate that line?

I'm sure it could be, but then the people not using AA would have a line on the left side...
-
Yep, same here.

Actually,
Just figured out, you can fix it yourself. Which I've done. Right Click and save this file into your Aces High folder to get rid of the line. =)
(NOTE: You may want to back up the original cursor.bmp file just to make sure you can revert back if this causes any problems)

Much appreciated!
My emails to HTC on the subject only got a basic reply of, "Some video cards will do that....." Shame on us all for not all having the same equipment!

Any chance this player made fix can be implimented in one of the next patches?

It could be, but it would cause the same issue for players not using AA. Then again, contrary to what Tigger said, it would only be a dot (likely a single pixel) that would shift to the other side.
EDIT: Looking again, that image has quite a bit of "free" transparent space to the right side. There likely wouldn't be a visible pixel shift in that case.

As talented as HTC and team are, this seems like an easy one.
