Saw this on cnn: http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/23/living/male-ideal-body-image/index.html?hpt=hp_c2
If he can go from fat to fit in six months, many of us can, imho.
Thankfully I'm still much closer to fit thanks to run/walking 2-4 miles a day. :aok

What's a run/walk? You're not powerwalking with your mother, are you?
-
Run/walk to me is run till you get tired then walk for a minute or two and start running again.

Exactly... no need to push beyond the limit, but go to it often.

if you know how and have a modicum of self discipline it's relatively easy to lose that kind of weight in six months or less. I am somewhat back on the routine I was on 10 years ago and have dropped 2" and 10 lbs in 2 weeks. And it really isn't that hard.
-
I lost 95 lbs in 6 months...although I don't suggest doing it that way
pancreantitus(sp?)...google that.... have had it 12 years.
-
I lost some 15 lbs in one week once. Not recommended.

You can lose several pounds a day with a bone saw.
