I found the movie/documentary "Armadillo" to be more like my time in A'stan. Both are excellent watches.

You guys really should check out "Armadillo" or "This is what winning looks like". They give much better feels of what it's like there imo.

Yeah, it follows a Dutch infantry platoon through their deployment, so there are subtitles, but in my personal experience, it shows what it is really like. At least from what I dealt with over there. I don't want to take away from Restrepo, it's a great documentary. I just think the other two that I mentioned are much better. :salute
