It's the German Shepard that thought, "You know what? I want to be on the WINNING side!" :D

"Komm auf uns" ??? :headscratch:
Be nice. He's not a native speaker as you are.
And devil, be sure to watch your conjugation next time. The Plural imperative would be "Kommt". Though you'll have to check with Snailman for the appropriate preposition.

Wouldn't make a difference in the meaning. ;)
You guys wanna know what it really says? It's asking the Allies to ejaculate on the German forces.
I'm not kidding. And no, it's not just a connotation, it really says exactly that, and only that.

I thought "Kommen sie hier" meant come here. How would you say that auf Deutsch? If you're not pulling my leg, my professor was telling us something completely different than I had thought.

"Kommen Sie her" means come here (more informal would be "Komm her")
But "Komm(t) auf uns" means exactly what I wrote earlier. Not pulling anyone's leg at all.
The literal translation for "come to me" would be "komm(t) zu mir" while "come to us" tranlates to "komm(t) zu uns"
The best translation for "come at us" in the context of that propaganda poster would have been something like "Kommt nur (her)!" (the "her" can be dropped)

Okay, so it is the preposition that's causing the altered meaning. I though you meant that "Komm" was used exclusively as... you know.
Prepositions sure are a pain in the arsch.

Yeah, we've seen how you spitfire boys train.

On the serious side,
My poster adapted from a real propaganda/recruitment poster, only changing the preposition via google translate. Guess you cant just plug in words. At least I know enough to not claim to be a jelly donut.
