Title: Hibiscus tea
Post by: fuzeman on July 27, 2025, 08:29:30 AM
Anyone here drink it? I started having a cup before bed recently. It’s supposedly good for your heart but lately I’ve had quite few vivid, weird dreams. It seems it possibly has another attribute.

I don't have a lot of it. Maybe it's a dosage over time build up. I'd alternate it with different ones.
I might have to run an experiment. ;)

Add some cayanne pepper to your food. Its really good for clearing arteries and could help prevent heart attacks. I havent tried the tea though, however a good detox one is the one you want.

I started drinking it as a study had folks reduce their lisinopril dosage after a few weeks. Thanks, spicy food time I guess, maybe.
I’ve actually reduced my external combustion quite a bit!

Or Siracha. Still love me some Tabasco occasionally for nostalgia. I learned with a sufficient amount of Tabasco any MRE could be rendered at least edible. Even the dehydrated pork patty. <Shudder>

I rearranged my routine and have a cup of my hibiscus tea earlier in the day. Dreams aren't so vivid and wacky now.

The best dreams are from drinking lots of water before bed and being hydrated.

When you get old enough you will see that isn't a great idea ... :old:

That’s one aspect of my health that I notice is better it seems. I used to get up a few times overnight to relieve myself but I don’t seem to go as often as I used to. One reason might be I’ve reduced my milk intake. Used to he a heavy milk drinker. I am staying hydrated to. A very good change IMO.
