I can never get the lancaster off the runway before it ends and once i do get it off the ground it's almost impossible to keep it from droppin into the ground or stalling.
How can I get this beutiful bird to fly properly??

This is what I do:

No more than 50% fuel
Full power, about 1/2 way down the runway, I give it two notches of flaps.

At the very end I gently pull back and *just* get it airborne, retract the gear, try to keep it level 100 feet off the ground, and retract flaps, wait for speed to build up, then go to a climb speed (Alt-X) of 135 (.speed 135).  Make sure you are at 135 speed before engaging auto-climb.

Ripsnort, Scooby,
  I do something similar but figured I'd mention this too.  Retract flaps before you roll, hold on brakes to let engines spool up, then let it roll.  When you get near the end of the runway (you'll have a feel for this after a while), then 2 notches of flaps.  I also tend to trim it off the runway as I find that seems to pick the plane off more gently than the stick can.

Just fly off raised fields, its best for your lanc, cuts flight time and you can roll the whole runway, the grass and jump off the cliff to get airborne.

I use same method like Soda but one thing more. When Lanc speed up
~50>mph I push GENTLY stick forward to get tail wheel of the ground. I think this make Lanc accelerate faster.

I fly the Lancaster a LOT. Im talking about the 100% Fuel, 14000lbers type missions. Most of you guys have covered what I do but this is basically how I do it and also a Checklist for ya.

(Checklist)

1) Throttle to idle
2) Engine Start
3) Flaps down 2 notches
4) Apply Brake
5) Increase throttle to 100%
6) Wait for the Manifold to sort it self out
7) Release Brake
8) @ 70-80 MPH "Gently" push forward to lift tail
9) @100-120mph "gently" pull back stick
10) Raise gear and when at 100ft from ground hit X (auto level) let it accelerate.
11) Raze one flap notch
12)Wait
13) Raze one flap notch
14) Set auto climb to 135 by typing .speed 135 <enter>
Badabing  
Your done!!
